Redback 204 24” Semi-Automatic Tyre Changer with Double Assist Arm

The Redback RB204 is great, budget-friendly tyre changing machine that will make light work of tyre fitting without breaking the bank. For this incredible price, you get a space-saving swing arm design and motorised turntable with pneumatically operated clamping jaws, twin assist arms and a powerful pneumatic bead breaker.

It’s a perfect mobile tyre changing machine, making the most of the space in your van, but it’s also a great option for workshops with limited space, with features that will help boost your revenue.

An external clamping range of 10” to 21” and internal clamping 12” to 24” mean this machine is up to the job of handling most passenger tyres and many light commercials on the road today, while a bead break force of 2500 Kg competes with the features on machines at twice the price of the RB204 tyre changer.

Suitable for motorcycle tyre changing

This tyre changer converts into a motorcycle tyre fitting machine with the simple addition of our Motorcycle Adaptors for Redback tyre changers. Because the motorcycle tyres are not as wide as a car tyre, the standard adapters on a tyre changer are not suitable for changing motorcycle tyres, but our adapters simply raise the height of the motorcycle wheel to allow the mounting head to be in the correct position for the tyre to be changed.

Redback products are purchased on a self-build, self-install basis. We are therefore pleased to offer all Redback customers a 12 months parts only warranty. This cannot be upgraded or extended.
